On July 4th, Qingdao Agricultural University's 2019 spring semester international student graduation ceremony was held in the conference room of the academic hall. Vice President Yuan Yongbing and 44 international students from 14 countries including Korea, Mongolia and Nigeria attended the graduation ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Zhu Jun, Dean of the School of International Education.

At the ceremony, Yuan Yongbing delivered a speech and congratulated the international students for finishing the Chinese course and successful graduation.  He expressed ardent expectations that they can remember the original intention of learning Chinese and Chinese culture, remember the friendship between teachers and students, plan their own development direction with an open and inclusive attitude and the concept of cooperation and win-win, and strive to be a friendly messenger of cultural exchange between China and foreign countries.

Three representatives of excellent students Song Ruijuan, Chen Yuliang and Xiku from South Korea, Nigeria and Mongolia made a speech respectively.  They spoke in Chinese to share the feelings of studying in China and expressed their heartfelt thanks to their caring teachers. They said that during the days of studying and living in QAU, they not only mastered the Chinese knowledge from books, but also learned the profound Chinese traditional culture and made many like-minded friends.

At the ceremony, students who received the first, second and third scholarships in 2019 spring semester were awarded certificates of honor, and all the teachers and students took a group photo. The party and government leaders of the School of International Education and revelant teachers attended the ceremony.
