QAU's Overseas Friendly Cooperation and Exchange Academies Express Concerns and Blessings through Correspondence

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, many foreign colleges which have kept friendly cooperation and exchange relationships with Qingdao Agricultural University(QAU) have sent letters of condolences. As of February 8th, QAU has received letters from friendly cooperation and exchange colleges from various countries such as the United Kingdom, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.. They expressed their concerns and blessings for the fight against the epidemic of QAU and throughout our whole country.

Mr. Steve, Director of the China Project Department of the Royal Agricultural University, sent email to convey his concerns and consolations to the teachers and students of QAU and all the Chinese people who are facing the epidemic at the moment. He also wished health to our teachers and students and hoped China can win the outbreak fight soon.

Mr. Sitthisak Rattanaphanit, President of the Central Agricultural Vocational Education Alliance of Thailand, wrote in his letter, "The recent epidemic situation in Wuhan, China is grim. I hope that the Chinese government can successfully overcome the epidemic as soon as possible and continue to promote the follow-up cooperations after the epidemic. I also extend my sincere condolences and best wishes to all affected Chinese people. Come on, China! Come on, Wuhan! "

The principals of the functional departments of Singapore University of Social Sciences(SUSS) expressed their friendly concerns and condolences to the Chinese people, Wuhan and partners in the video. They believed that the epidemic will be ended soon and health will be with us in 2020. In the video, students from SUSS and people from all walks of life in Singapore also expressed their supports for our country’s efforts to fight the epidemic, and wished our country an early victory over the epidemic.

Mr. Lai Shun'an, Director of the Community and International Relations Department of University of Tunku Abdul Rahman(UTAR), sent email to convey condolences and cares of the faculty and students of UTAR to the teachers and students of our school and the Chinese people under the influence of the epidemic. He believed that under the leadership of the Chinese government, the Chinese people will unite and work together to overcome the difficulties!
