On March 14th, Uli SCHELL and Ulrich FISCHER, professors of the German Neustadt Wine Academy, visited Qingdao Agricultural University](QAU) to carry out the Sino-German MBA (Wine Direction) Cooperation and Exchange Conference. Zheng Dan, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Division, Wang Baowei, Dean of the School of Food Science and Engineering, and relevant professional leaders of the College attended the meeting.

Representatives of the two sides of the talk exchanged views on the curriculum, source requirements, teacher investment, and personnel training of MBA training, and reached preliminary cooperation intentions. According to the German side, through joint training, most graduates will have the ability to solve the general problems in wine estates, wine trading companies and wine markets, and become the complex high-level professionals needed by the industry.

Professor Wang Baowei said that the Sino-German joint training method can not only combine the Western advanced educational concepts with the characteristics of the disciplines, but also provide a comprehensive guarantee for the improvement of students' ability to produce, manage and cross-cultural communication. In the future, the college will give full play to its professional characteristics and disciplinary advantages, actively carry out international exchanges and cooperation, and improve the quality of personnel training.
