On the afternoon of Oct. 28th, Prof. Song Xiyun, president of QAU, and Li Nanhao, president of Chonbuk National University of South Korea, signed Memorandum of Understanding on the cooperation between the two universities. The two universities will further enhance cooperation and promote the mutual development of both sides.

According the Memorandum of Understanding, the two parties will enhance cooperation mainly in the respect of the mutual exchange of teachers and students. According the agreement, the two universities will respectively admit about ten students from each party without charging the schooling fees which should still be paid to the university which dispatches the students. The duration of study for the students admitted as such should not be over twelve months.
