From February 8th to February 15th, a 6-person delegation led by Party Secretary Li Baodu paid a visit to the United States Auburn University, Murray State University, Kennesaw State University, George Mason University, Benedictine University, and the University of Guelph in Canada. The visit has scored a great success.

This busy visit lasted eight days full of content. The delegation held twenty-three talks with the leaders of six sister universities and visited seventeen laboratories.

With face-to-face communication and on-the-spot investigation, the delegation had a further understanding of educational philosophy and management system of six sister universities. Meanwhile, we studied their experience in two-level-authority model, personnel management, the management of transforming achievements, the construction of discipline and profession, the construction of laboratory, the educational teaching methods, international exchange and the others. We reached a lot of consensus in collaborative research, patterns of jointing school, the training of young teachers, the exchange of students, etc. With fruitful results, the visit achieved full success. Not only did it develop a good relationship with the six sister universities, it also expanded new areas of cooperation.
