QAU , Dongying City Reach Cooperation Intentions in Modern Agriculture Development

Yang Tongyi,vice president of QAU, conducted a survey in Dongying along with two colleagues from Apr. 19th to Apr. 20th. Yang paid a visit to the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Dongying (AASD), and Demonstration Zone of Agricultural High-Tech Industries (DZAHTI) in Yellow River Delta. Both sides reached a number of cooperation intentions in many fields including IUR collaborative innovations.

On the afternoon of Apr. 19th, Han Xueli, vice mayor of Dongying accompanied Yang tothe AASD. Yang pointed out that he expected both sides would strengthen cooperation and exchange in fields containing edible mushrooms, fruit tree gardening and agricultural machinery, continue to complement each other’s advantages and jointly carry out correlational studies. Han asked AASD to accelerate its pace of launching talent recruitment. Both sides reached an agreement on jointly establishing QAU-Dongying Modern Agricultural Research Institute.

On the morning of Apr. 20th, the QAU delegation led by Yang Tongyi, consisting of 3 members, had a discussion with Bi Jianming, deputy director of DZAHTI in Yellow River Delta, as well as personnels of S&T Bureau and Efficient Ecological Research Institute. Both sides looked forward to strengthening cooperation and communication, and practically exerting respective advantages. Both sides reached a preliminary intention of establishing the “Modern Agricultural Cooperative Innovation Center in Yellow River Delta”, and “QAU-Yellow River Delta Inovation and Business Training Base of Agricultural S&T Talents”.
