Teaching Facilities
- The university is equipped with self-contained teaching facilities. The educational occupancy covers 12,030,000 square meters (with28,000 seats ) , while the laboratory and practicing site which is formed by multidisciplinary approaches covers 16,240,000 square meters. The advanced internet teaching system is connected to more than 2,2000 computer terminals. There are 35 multimedia classrooms with 6510 seats, 12 language laboratories with 752 seats, the equipment of which worth 91,820,000 RMB. The library is equipped with 10,110,000 books, 400,000 Chinese electronic books, 3530 kinds of electronic books in foreign languages, 10 Chinese databases, 6 databases for scientific and technological periodicals in foreign languages, 10 tabloid databases. The computer CD searching system, the multimedia reading room as well as the hub are connected to the China education and research network and internet. The comparatively advanced teaching practicing system has also been established. More than 4,500 volumes of audio-visual education programs are kept in The Educational Technology Center and more than 90% of specialized classes are given by audio-visual education programs. 3 standard ground track field and ball games facilities are also available.
